2015 to 2016 Time Lapse Printable

This STL is being submitted for community review of our project "New Years Rainbow" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QnzdNm2oV70 where we estimated that every layer of the 2016 portion of the print could be printed in a different color as long as we pre-colored the Natural Transparent PLA every 34mm with different color Sharpies.
