Box Fan knob

This is a replacement knob for a standard 3 speed box fan. this is for a fan that is not a D keyed knob but one hat has a flat spot on opposite sides of the shaft. (Often referred to as a Double D keyed shaft. See the 3D rendering to know what I'm talking about.
