Double E3D v6 mount for TAZ

I found that the original holes where the fans were placed too close and if you screwed one fan, the second could not be installed. In addition, I needed a mount for LULZBOT TAZ 4. So, I redid the mounting of the two e3d v6 and standard mounting extruder for the TAZ4.
I increased the diameter for mounting the E3D V6 so that it now fits perfectly and both parts are connected tightly.
