Extruder Fan Scoop (Pre) - 40mm fan

I created this part because my extruder fan on my Prusa i3 was pulling cool air over my heated bed causing local temperature drops and of course longer heat up times. This is likely exacerbated by the park position of my printer but this still helps during printing if you do not want air to be drawn over your part.
