MaduixaCNC Dremmel Tool Holder

A redo of the generic Maduixa CNC universal holder to use a US dremmel tool instead of using band clamps as specified in the documentation. The link to the MaduixaCNC is

while building the CNC found that the connector section was not deep enough to avoid the gantry for the access so had to add a spacer onto the top to connect correctly
