EU-plug charger Phone support

As far as the original design is not working with the European plug, I created a slightly modified version with the good dimensions for the plug, and an open shell to limit the support material quantity, and also create a bit of flexibility to compensate dimensional tolerances.

EDIT - As requested, the 90° version have been implemented.
