Covers for the CTC Large top corner holes

Covers for the Edges of the CTC 'large'.

The Covers from DocVadder for the CTC Dual did't fit on the CTC large. So I constructed new one.

At the CTC Large all three triangels from one corner have 3.0 cm sides.
I added pins to increase the stability.
On the front covers I worked with overhangs, to give it the look of the edges. On the backside I deletet the overhang, to be able to put an full closing hood on the top of the printer.
