E3D clone Cooling Fan and double Part Blower

I've added a second 30mm print cooling fan to [xile6's design][1]. As per the original one, I find the side ducts to be slightly offset from the nozzle - see [my OpenSCAD version][2] for the fixed part.
**NOTE: this is for the cheap E3D hotend clone, with a 25mm diameter heatsink!**
