You can choose the infill as you like. Obviously the higher the better. I used 100%.

The holes have 4.5mm diameter. The total length, including base, is 12cm. Quite a few different screws should fit there. If you are gonna use it on drywall, you really should use anchors.

Keep in mind it is a pretty long piece. I would not recommend using it as a coat hanger or something, because hooks that are closer to the base can hold significantly more weight and not cause as much stress on the wall.
