Curved Printrbot Play Fan Shroud

Printrbot Play came with a very inefficient fan cover that leaks tons of air flow everywhere. I have been struggling in getting good quality prints because of that. For example, when printing a pillar of 10mm diameter, the side that is not facing the fan is not sufficiently cooled, resulting in much worse printing quality.
I like the original look of the PLAY, so Fan shroud add on is pretty much the only option to solve the cooling related issues. I tried some designs, and based on which I iterated a few versions of my own. Now this design is proven to be a good fit, easy to mount and delivers a good result (check the 3d benchy boat I printed with this shroud).
Print as is, 100% infill with 0.2mm layer height.
Update: I uploaded another design, with the air escape nozzle even more concentrated. This should increase airflow.
