Maze circle generator

This is a random maze circle generator. It's based on [Maze generator, pure OpenSCAD](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1185425). You may change the following parameters to generate a maze circle, different every time:

- `radius`
- `wall_height`
- `wall_thickness`
- `cblocks`
- `rblocks`
