Damped Filament guiding roll

My Filament spool is on the top of the printer. and my Extruder pulls it up so i needed a guiding roll that guids the filament for a 180° turn and which is damped. If the extruder does quick pulls, the spring in the gear will damp it out for a smooth spooling :-)

You will need 2 Bearings (624ZZ ) and a m3x30 screw + nut.
