ATX PSU back mounting plate

Needed to build an ATX PSU mount and had a lot of trouble finding a usable model for the screw positions and other elements. Made one based on the ATX specs and a bit of testing on a couple PSU's I have handy. It might not work without tweaking for everyone; there appears to be a lot of variability on the plug/switch sizes and locations.
