Taz 5 single and double bushing holders with tightening clamps

The IGUS bushings on my Taz 5 printer have quite a bit of slop, resulting in banding and errors in prints.

I'm too cheap to buy the ball bearing + hardened rod upgrade - so I opted to print parts and MacGyver the bearings.

I am using the original IGUS bushings, but slotted them lengthwise with a hacksaw and stuffed the PVC insulation from 22awg wire into the cut in the bearing. The result is that the bushing can be compressed in the carrier. Before securing the carrier to the rest of the
