Smooth X-axis for LM10UU

**NOTE: This thing is under development. See the comments concerning grtbaldini's make**

This is a customized version of Smooth X-axis for Prusa i3 with Leadscrews for **10mm smooth rod** and **LM10UU** linear bearings.

- The distance between Z-axis's smooth rod and leadscrew is 30mm (grtbaldini's setup) or 19mm (spacecase151's setup)
- Belt tensioner parts are the same (could make it 3mm wider for this)
- Use http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1270385 to connect Rework -type extruder to X
