Freebord Binding Fix

this is a fix for the Freebord S2 bindings which covers the gap between the hooks and the deck. There are 4 sizes, 3.0,4.0,5.0, and 6.0. The 6.0 is for bindings set with the screw in the top hole (highest setting). The 3.0 is for the binding set with the screw at the 3rd hole from the bottom.
