12x Neopixel ring mount for qav210 or any 30.5 x 30.5 bolt pattern

I wanted to get a few lights on my little qav210 clone and noticed a 12x neopixel ring fit nicely centered between the FC mounting holes. The final design leaves just enough room for the ring and wires, be careful not to let the pcb rest against the carbon frame. (https://www.adafruit.com/products/1643)
