Delta/Kossel wheel carriage parts

These are the parts I used to mod my FT Kossel to use better, slighter larger wheels & to add a fine tuning screw. The endstop mount gives better positioning of the endstop switch for this, and has the added benefit of adding a little bit more build height.
I can not take credit for designing the parts, they came from other sources, but work perfectly for what I wanted to do.
