Fixing and spacing rings for Wanhao i3 X-axis LM8LUU mod.

I have modified my Wanhao i3 hotend assembly (now it contains 2 aluminum blocks with long LM8LUU in each). But because of NY-2016 i can't find quickly steel fixing outer rings for LM8LUU bearings, so here is plastic version of these rings. The C-ring with smaller inner diameter is for fixing and another C-ring with bigger inner diameter is a spacer between fixing ring and aluminum block. Fits my design perfectly.
