Cat Door Frame

I have created Cat Door frame.
Main board was created with wooden board as compound 3 layer match with sash.
core board was 3t and others each surface were 4t .
These were compounded by glue.
Sash height is 2000mm so split into 3 pieces as 2 x 700mm parts and 1 x 600mm parts..
Attached 3D parts are asserted on this lower parts.
It need 3t Acrylic board,
Door side parts and bottom parts are bonded with Acrylic glue.
