Parametric NACA4 library

This library is a stepping stone for another project I am working on at the moment.

I did not change much to the slightly demented (sorry David) code by buzz, but:
1) Removed the MCAD dependency
2) included most on the calculations in the airfoil module to make it portable
3) Added the possibility to change the NACA profile on the fly
