OpenBuilds Extruder

2016.02.06: Added the short_inductive version. This is designed to fit a 4mm inductive probe close, but not dangerously so, near the extruder. Be sure that you don't run your extruder wires near the sensor or you'll get some consistency issues.
2016.01.14: Uploaded the short version. Same extruder, same gears but I have reduced the filament path as much as possible so when the filament leaves the hobbed bolt, it travels 23mm before it hits your extruder. Any shorter and I'll have to redesign
