Rummikub Tile Holder

I do not support companies forcing lawsuits based on trivial patents against other 3D printer companies.

The tile holders which came with my Rummikub are subpar, that's what I designed as replacement.

Update 8-8-2013: after some endurance gaming a few suggestions have been adopted:

* front walls slightly higher to prevent tiles falling from the support
* shorter support bars to save some material
* rear feet somewha
