Fitting adapter for PTFE Filament and Cable Guide for CTC

My on-hand stock had 4mm push-in fittings with 10mm thread only and parts were already printed and had hole size for M6, So decided to make adapter, which I attached with epoxy glue. Turn fittings into adapter before gluing.
