Sunhokey Prusa i3 Knob Customizer

I wanted a better knob than the stock metal one on my Sunhokey Prusa i3. By the time I wrote code to make what I wanted, I decided it'd be easy enough to expand it and make it a customizer. It should be relatively easy to modify for other printers/knobs to fit your uses, so I've provided the .scad file as well. If the knob fits too loosely, you'll want to decrease the inner spacing, as it is currently set to 7mm (the stock knob you're attaching to is 6mm). I'm still working on calibrating my pri
