Prusa i3 microswitch mount

Yet another way of mounting microswitches on 8mm smooth rods.
This is used with lemachayq KW-1-2 microswitches, as ordered here:

You'll need two M3 nuts & 20mm cap bolts.
I've updated the cutout for the cap as it was too small, and the mounting studs were too big.
