The previous model lasted about 6 months. Taking it off and putting it back on for demonstrations added the the wear and tear.

This is basically a remix of that model done as an openscad file.
The pieces are thicker, and printed at a higher infill.

The dimensions appear as variables in the file so you can customize it to meet your needs.
