z-axis Makerbot type for Pruca i3 2020

A variation on the Makerbot endstop to work with the Folgertech i3 2020.
I use this endstop mount to replace the stock mount in conjunction with the Adjustable Z endstop by Joe558.

My z-endstop is on the right (max). This part may work on the left but limit switch and screw may not line up.

Need:
2 M3x10 screws
1 M3x20 screw
3 M3 nuts
