Probe sensor top support - bQ Hephestos

I made this top sensor support because none of the other ones I found and tried fitted well.
They would either had a gap between the support and the fan, or the hole would not align properly.

So this one fix for me a several things:
- Proper hole aligned with the fan.
- Small insert that goes in the fan hole to hold it steady in place.
- Hole for the screw head so the stock screw can be used no need for longer screw.
