147mm Mini Quad Frame

I had some parts laying around that I have been wanting to put together in a 3" frame and this design looked promising.

To fit my CC3D flight controller (and any 35mm wide FC), I widened the frame and adjusted the hole placement. I also wanted to use the nylon spacers I had laying around so I widened the holes enough to fit them through.
