Combiner Wars chest adapters for Blackjack and Rodimus

I wasn't overly impressed with the stock method of attaching Blackjack/Rodimus as the chestpiece of Menasor/Optimus Maximus. I drew these up in SolidWorks and printed them out and, so far, they've worked great!
