UPDATE: I've put up a new design (thinned the fan backplate, reduced the height, and changed the duct system). I will update the older version as soon as I can to address the clearance issues - in the interim, you can always use a ziplock tie if your setup permits to help reduce some of the slop (i ran mine between the extruder/motor and mount).
