Parametric probe holder for Wade extruder

I remix this [probe holder](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:816452/#files) by **vitormhenrique** because I need an 18 mm version. It's a parametric version. See the picture file for dimensions.

**Update** Just add more controls in customizer app.
