e3d hotend mount for Kossel Mini with z-probe and fan holder arm

The original Z-probe wouldn't work with e3d hotend and would bend all the time anyway, so I thought I'd use a thicker key and also integrate the fan holder for mounting the fanduct like this one: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:225126


You will need this printed part, allen key 2.5 (I think), 85mm and the standard mechanical Z-probe paraphernalia.
