Lulzbot filament tube holder remix

Modified version(s) of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:914983; I found that one did not hold onto the tube consistently enough, so these are a few different attempts I've made to improve on the design.

I honestly don't know why the Taz 5 doesn't come with something like this; I'm not sure if somehow I'm doing something wrong but my filament constantly gets stuck and grinds 'til it's jammed if I don't have these in place. When I upgraded to a dual extruder toolhead (which is a lot of fun btw
