Cap adaptor: flip top cap on a screw glass bottle!

This is the first object I've ever made with OpenScad, I've found that flip top caps are more pratical, but almost every cheap 5 liter bottle are with screw cap. With this adaptor you can mount a flip top cap over a screwed cap bottle.
