Inkscape to OpenSCAD converter v6a

Forked version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:25036 with added function with fixed name poly_final(h) that calls other functions.
This makes output file library friendly for other scripts.

Sample shows how to use output scad file as library in external script.
