IE Mostly Printed CNC - Tool holder for Mastergrip Rotary Tool

This is a remix of my Mastergrip tool holder to work with the international version that someone asked me about. I have not tested this, so will have to wait for someone to tell me whether it works correctly. I used the IE_Tool_Holder_13mm_25.stl file to get the offset dimensions between pipes to use. The best I can tell it should work.
