UM2 Printhead Bottom For Mounting E3D Chiera

I created this to mount the E3D Chimera dual extruder to my Ultimaker 2 clone. It replaces the printhead bottom part. The Chimera can be removed without removing the rest of the printhead. It also gives access to the heat break mount set screws to allow you to adjust them for level. It can be mounted front to back or back to front depending on how you want to mount a material cooling fan. I'm using a smaller Mk2 bed on this machine so I mounted the fan in the back.
