Mirrored - Prusa i3 Plus 1.75mm Direct E3D Extruder

**EDIT** Before printing, it might be a good idea to make stepper holes a tad bigger otherwise fitting the stepper is a bit tricky.

**Problem 1)** On the Prusa i3 Plus 1.75mm, the E3D extruder heat block is mounted [upside down!](http://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/5.+Extruder/56?lang=en#s972)

Although it prints fine like this I am sure the guys over at E3D designed it with the heater block the other way up for a reason. Firstly the heat cartridge should be as close to the nozzle as possible
