Lowe Profile 40 to 30mm Fan Adapter w/Ty-rap Mounts (E3D Chimera/Cyclops Hotend)

This adapter allows you to use a 40mm fan on a 30mm fan duct. In my case I used it with my E3C Cyclops Hotend. I added two slots for ty-raps so you can support the hotend wires.
