lulzbot retract settings & marlin fw

I was having a hard time getting retract settings right on my 3d printer so i searched the net for configuration files. I came across lulzbot that has cura settings for almost all filaments commercially available. I also recently changed my firmware to the one used on lulzbot printers just slightly modified.
