Fan adapter for 40mm fan

If you dont have a blower motor you can use this adapter to use an easy to find 40mm fan. This is to be used with j0ckinjz's One Up / Two Up Slim Bowden X Carriage , that is a remix of MacAttak's One-Up / Two-Up Bowden Extruder. Im using a remix so I didnt include screw holes. I just used hot glue to hold it in place.
