Index Plate (Adjustable List)

I needed an index plate for a specific project and then realized that being able to modify it for other projects was a bonus so I coded it in OpenSCAD to make it easy to change.

There are two versions : "Angle" for making the ring of holes in increments of an angle or "Divisions" for making the rings in a given number of divisions.
