Shade Valance Clip

I remixed this from stephanfr's Shade Valance Clip. The bottom portion was a few mm too long and needed a sharper point to clip into the rail on the back of the valance instead of under the bottom. I made it slightly shorter than the original ones from my blinds to give them pressure to hold on to the wood. With a little pressure they "snap" on and hold tight.
