Adjustable Raspberry Pi & Camera mounting solution for Prusa i3 (and Air 2) with 90deg elbow

I liked the original but the way my Prusa Air 2 is assembled I couldn't get the camera where I wanted it so I designed a 90 degree elbow joint to use with the other parts. While I was tinkering with the OpenSCAD files I changed the connector file to have the supported corner for printing without the overhang and then changed the camera mount file to use the improved connector and give an option to put the connector on the other side.
