Modified Gripper Box components for the e-NABLE Phoenix hand

Modified Gripper Box components for the e-NABLE Phoenix prosthetic hand. This design fits into the standard Gripper Box used on the Phoenix hand and doesn't require the whippletree to be tied to the swivel pin using thread as was the case in the original design. The thumb tensioner pin has also been shortened so that it doesn't have to protrude out of the front of the Gripper Box.
