A printable base designed to make paper 12ga hulls. Roll paper around an 18mm dowel and glue. When dry super glue tube onto printed base and insert a .22 ramset primer with the powder emptied as the primer. Fill and load with black powder/propellant and wads and shot and your ready to go. Try not to drop them on the rim.
