Wellington harbour topo

I've followed [Ben's](http://www.thingiverse.com/mrbenbritton/about) approach [here](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:316707) using Photoshop and Meshmixer to create the model, but used some more accurate input data (8m instead 15m DEM) from Linz Data Service. I didn't emphasise the input data though and instead changed filament on the transistion from water to land to hightlight the shore line.
