Quick Tension Knobs Remix for Deltaprintr

I really liked mildmojo's Quick Tension Knobs for Deltaprintr, but constantly broke off the heads of the knobs. I remixed his design to use a M5x35mm hex cap bolt and press-fit threaded insert for plastics instead of the 3D-printed knobs. First I redesigned the carrier to utilize the threaded insert and M5 bolt and made a slight modification to the mount, making the tabs just a couple of millimeters wider.
